        Characteristics of Leather Exhaust Gas


        The main sources of waste gases in synthetic leather production are volatilization of organic solvents, including volatilization of resins and solvents in ingredients, transportation and storage, volatilization of organic compounds in coating or soaking, volatilization of organic compounds in oven heating and volatilization of organic compounds in post-treatment. Exhaust gas pollutants are related to specific process and formulation composition. For a certain process formulation can often be changed, so the specific pollutants produced are not fixed. The common organic solvent pollutants in dry process include DMF, toluene, xylene, butanone and so on.
