Wastewater and waste gas will occur in the production process. We must use professional waste gas treatment equipment to deal with them, so that they will not harm the environment. At present, the treatment methods abroad are as follows:

        A perfect treatment process has been formed for polyester wastewater treatment abroad. The harmful substances in polyester wastewater can be removed by continuous reactor. This reactor has good reaction effect, high regeneration rate, short recovery period, and can effectively treat polyester wastewater. From many aspects, foreign wastewater treatment technology has been ahead of domestic wastewater treatment technology for many years.

        Many foreign producers generally use chemical oxidation to pretreat polyester industrial wastewater, or to reprocess the treated wastewater which is not well treated. To ensure that industrial wastewater will not cause huge pollution to the ecological environment in other flow environments such as rivers.

        For example, the Japanese company chooses to add alkaline compounds to industrial wastewater, convert harmful substances in wastewater into other compounds that do not harm organisms, and then reduce the content of harmful substances in wastewater to meet the discharge requirements.

        Polyester waste gas contains a large amount of acetaldehyde and ethylene glycol, which will cause harm to human body and ecological environment when discharged into the air. However, due to the limitation of production technology and equipment, most of the waste gas in the process of polyester production is directly discharged into the air after simple spraying. Therefore, it is necessary to design reasonable waste gas treatment according to the specific conditions of production capacity, waste gas composition and equipment. Only in this way can the purpose of waste gas treatment be achieved.
